Here at MuniWare we are especially proud of our level of service and support. Upon installation of MuniWare we provide on-site (for the convenience and cost savings of our client) desktop training using the clients' actual data. No standard format classroom setting from us! We believe in a relaxed one-on-one personalized relationship between our skilled training personnel and the municipal employees.
Our help desk staffed by knowledgeable trained personnel, dedicated to providing first call solutions to clients questions. We also provide information seminars at regular intervals to keep everyone informed of our most recent changes and/or modifications to our Software, upcoming changes we are looking at, and to gain feedback and suggestions from our clients. These seminars give our clients the added bonus of meeting and greeting municipal employees from other communities, exchanging information and ideas.
